And I know what it feels like when you finally find it.
I learned resilience young. Not because someone taught me how, but because life required it.
I've faced loss, carried responsibility that wasn't mine to carry, and learned what it means to keep going when things don't go according to plan.
That girl is still in me. She still drives me. And she's a big part of why I do this work.
I'm a single mum, and neurodiversity is part of everyday life in my family. I've spent years navigating therapies, systems and services both professionally and personally.
And honestly, the personal side taught me things the professional side never could.
I've been the woman who says, "I can't do this anymore" — and then somehow finds a way to keep going.
Not because I always had the answers. Because I learned that having the right person beside you can make an enormous difference.
Seven years ago, I didn't wait for someone to build the community I needed. I built it myself. That community grew into something that now supports thousands of Australian families.
When I look at all of it — the losses, the rebuilding, the parenting, the communities built from nothing — I keep seeing the same thing at the centre of everything. Connection.
I built this because I didn't always have someone I could truly trust and rely on — and I know how much that cost me. I don't want it to cost the people I work with the same thing.
When I needed to know I wasn't alone as a solo parent — I built Single Parent Adventures AU.
When I needed to move my body and remember I was a woman, not just a mum — I built Active Women Adventures AU.
When I needed a space specifically for parents navigating the complexity of raising children who don't fit the mould — I built Raising Complex Kids.
Each one exists because I was standing in a gap, wishing something like it existed.
Now those communities have helped thousands of people find connection, belonging and people who understand.
Connection Wellbeing Hub is where all of it comes together.
The women who find their way to me are all different. Different ages, different situations, different stories. But they tend to share something.
They've been carrying things for a long time. Often for other people. And somewhere along the way, they may have lost touch with themselves — their strengths, their confidence, their sense of possibility, or simply what they want for their own lives.
Maybe parenting has become harder than you ever imagined. Maybe you're navigating single parenthood, feeling burnt out, starting again, or finding yourself at a point where the life you've been living no longer feels quite like yours.
Or maybe you're simply ready for something more. More connection. More adventure. More confidence. More of you.
You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what you need.
Sometimes you just need someone beside you who understands, supports you without judgement, and encourages you to believe there is a path forward.
Because your next chapter doesn't have to look like anyone else's.
It just needs to feel like yours.
I work with women from their late teens through to their sixties and beyond. Different ages, different seasons, different stories — but often the same need for connection, understanding and someone who believes in what's possible.
Beacuase the feeling that brings someone here doesn't have an age. It has a moment.
Real relationships, not transactions.
I'll tell you what I actually think. Kindly, but clearly.
You are far more capable than you've been given credit for. My job is to help you see what's already in you.
Useful and achievable is more important to me than inspirational and vague.
My approach is shaped by professional training, years of supporting people and families, building communities, and the lived experience of navigating some of life's more complicated seasons myself.
